Every 5000miles or 6 months, which ever comes first.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes, every vehicle that comes into the bay for any service including oil changes will have a free courtesy inspection. But we do offer other paid inspections.
Do I need an appointment to bring my car in?
No, but schedulded vehicle will be worked on first.
How long does a typical service take?
Depending on what service you are planning to do, an normal oil change + courtesy inspection takes roughly 1 hour depending on vehicle.
Do your parts come with a warranty?
Depends.
Aftermarket parts sold by Artana come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, including labor.
Customers also have the option to purchase extended warranties, which cover 24 months / 24,000 miles.
OEM parts sold by us come with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty.
Used parts or customer-supplied parts do not come with any warranty.

What types of vehicles do you work on?
We service all makes and models of passenger vehicle, including domestic, Asian and European cars, SUVs, Minivans, and Light-Duty trucks.
Do you offer tire changes and wheel alignments?
Yes we do, but price varies from different make and model.
Can you help if my car won't start?
Yes, we can help. If your vehicle won’t start, we can dispatch a technician to perform a jump start on-site. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll help coordinate a tow to our shop for further diagnostics and repair.
Will I get a quote before any repairs are done?
If your vehicle needs diagnostics first, we’ll discuss any diagnostic charges up front. After that, we’ll provide a full quote for the needed repairs.

We accept Apple pay, Credit Cards and Cash, what ever is easiest for you!
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes, absolutely, you will recieve an invoice or receipt after the service is completed.
